1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Ride Sunny website (ridesunny.com) or booking any of our transportation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Ride Sunny.

2. Services

Ride Sunny provides luxury ground transportation services in the Hamptons, Long Island, and surrounding areas, including but not limited to airport transfers, corporate transportation, wedding transportation, wine tours, and special event transportation.

All services are subject to vehicle availability and must be booked in advance. We reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger whose conduct is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or in violation of these terms.

3. Reservations and Payment

All reservations must be made through our booking system or by contacting us directly. A valid form of payment is required to confirm any reservation. Prices are subject to change and may vary based on distance, vehicle type, and special requirements.

Gratuity is not included in the quoted price unless otherwise stated. Additional charges may apply for waiting time, tolls, parking, and other incidental costs incurred during the provision of services.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time to avoid cancellation fees. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup may be subject to a charge of up to 100% of the reservation total.

No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount. For special events such as weddings and proms, separate cancellation terms may apply and will be communicated at the time of booking.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers are responsible for their own conduct and the conduct of their party during transportation. Smoking, illegal substances, and excessively loud or disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.

Any damage caused to our vehicles by passengers will be the financial responsibility of the booking party. All passengers must comply with applicable traffic laws, including seatbelt requirements.

6. Limitation of Liability

Ride Sunny shall not be liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, mechanical issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Suffolk County, New York.
